Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can’t longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our goal.If for any reason at all, you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a refund, or exchange it for something else. All we ask is the product still be in its original packaging we’ll be happy to help.

Once we receive and review the review, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the material returned to you. We’ll also notify you of your refund request or refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.
